Colleen directs ACCT's board services, including retreats and evaluations, board self-assessments, executive evaluations, and governance consulting. 

Prior to joining ACCT in 2011, she worked as a contracts specialist at the Pew Charitable Trusts,  and as program associate at the American Council on Education (1988-2008). 

Colleen holds a BA in communications from the University of Dayton.
