Ashley N. Moore is a workforce and program management professional with experience across federal, nonprofit, and community-based organizations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Howard University and a master’s degree in education. 

Most recently, she worked at the U.S. Department of Labor, where she supported workforce policy, grant-funded initiatives, and provided technical assistance to grantees to strengthen program implementation and outcomes. 

Ashley brings deep expertise in grant management, workforce development, and cross-sector partnerships that expand access to postsecondary pathways, and works to build strong partnerships that enhance educational access and workforce outcomes for learners in rural and underserved areas.
