In 2021, Education Strategy Group (ESG) and the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT) launched the Non-Credit and Credit Alignment Lab (NCAL), a two-year initiative to support 20 community colleges and four community college systems in developing new or improved pathways between non-credit and credit programs. Participating community college leaders have been working to eliminate the silos that too often exist across non-credit and credit divisions.
ESG and ACCT are pleased to present a webinar on January 17th, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. ET to share best practices on more equitably serving learners enrolled in non-credit programs. Leaders and students from San Diego Community College District, North Shore Community College and San Jacinto College will share their perspectives on non-credit and credit alignment and why institutional leaders must prioritize treating learners enrolled in non-credit equitably to their degree-seeking counterparts. Relying on student voice, this webinar will overview strategies to ensure postsecondary institutions more effectively and equitably serve learners enrolled in non-credit.
