Annette Manning joined ACCT in December 2024 as the Director of Finance, bringing over 17 years of finance and accounting experience from organizations such as a major defense contractor, state government, a top 10 CPA firm, global health nonprofit organization, and associations. Expertise includes budgeting, financial planning and analysis, auditing, and accounting system interface and implementation. Prior to joining ACCT, Annette led the reimplementation of an ERP, integrating systems for more streamlined budgeting and reporting.
Annette holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College, and a M.B.A. from the University of New Haven. Annette is passionate about nonprofits, believing that a strong finance department will only strengthen the organizations efforts to accomplish its mission. Annette is a Connecticut transplant to the DC metro area.
